PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS

Dear Customer,
Below we list the operations necessary to return goods:

POINT 1)
Send an email to info@dogmoda.it and wait for acceptance

POINT 3)
You must prepare the items you wish to return by placing them in an envelope or wrapping them. On the package, enter your details as "Sender", while as "Recipient" you must indicate:

You can return the goods in two ways (please remember that the costs for returning the goods are always borne by the buyer):

a- You can ship the return using any shipping method, as long as it is traceable, such as registered mail or your own contracted courier.

b- Alternatively, you can request that Dog Moda send comfortably at your home the courier to collect the return : it will be sufficient to indicate the most suitable day to be sure that you will be present for the collection. The cost of the collection, which is borne by the person making the return, is Euro 9.00 VAT included and will be deducted from the amount due for the refund.

POINT 4)
The refund will be made after receiving the return, after evaluating the integrity and completeness ( including packaging ) of the returned items, in order to preserve the characteristic of "resaleability", as an item that cannot be resold completely loses its commercial value, and partial refunds are therefore not foreseen. The times for the refund are generally immediate, although according to current legislation a time limit of 14 days is allowed for its completion.

Refund Policy:

a- The refund amount will include the price of the returned items and the original shipping costs of the order, if applicable, minus the €9 return cost indicated in point 3/b, if made with our courier. This refund will be made by bank transfer for orders paid for on delivery or by bank transfer, or via Paypal with re-crediting of the sum for orders paid for with Paypal.

b- Alternatively, you can request a voucher for the value of the refund, which will be provided to you via a coupon code to be used on a subsequent order to be placed on www.dogmoda.it within 45 days of the communication of the voucher.

POINT 5)
You will receive a confirmation from us via email regarding the correct receipt of the return and you will be informed at the same time regarding the refund arrangement in your favor and the closure of the case.

If you wish to purchase the same item again but with a different size or measurement, you will simply need to place a new order, which will follow the normal fulfillment procedures and will be processed as quickly as possible without the need to wait for the return.

NB: There is no price compensation between a return and a new order.

Dog Moda therefore asks all users to read the above in order to ensure rapid and satisfactory management of returns.
