PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS
Return and Refund Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions vary depending on the reason:
1. Defective or Wrong Product (Free) If you have received a defective, damaged or different product than the one you ordered:

The return is completely free .

We will arrange for collection or replacement at no cost to you.

You will be refunded the full amount or sent the correct product.
2. Product Not to Your Liking or Change of Mind: If the product is correct but you don't like it, you ordered the wrong size, or you've changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You have two options for returning the product:

OPTION A - Pickup arranged by us (€9): We'll arrange for the courier to pick up your package. The service fee is €9 , which will be deducted directly from your final refund (you won't have to pay anything at the time of collection).

OPTION B - Self-Shipping (Paid by Customer): You can choose to ship the package yourself using a courier of your choice. In this case, you will pay the shipping fee directly to the courier of your choice and the €9 deduction will not be applied to the refund.

Product Conditions To be accepted, the product must be:

New, unused and unwashed.

In original packaging, complete with all labels.
How to start the procedure Send an email to info@dogmoda.it indicating:

Your order number.

If the product is defective or if it is a change of mind.

If (in case you change your mind) you prefer our collection for €9 or if you ship independently.
Refunds Once we receive the return at our Rovigo warehouse and verify the integrity of the goods, we will issue the refund within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
